Background

Rachel graduated in 2010 from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. She is a 2013 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar on October 25, 2013. She previously served in local government and maintained a small private practice.
